We have launched a significant update to our DocCharge technology platform to improve physicians' experience and make you more productive. Following are the details:
• PATIENTS ASSIGNMENT TOOL (PORTAL): Practice administrators and physicians can assign multiple patients to providers from the portal.
• Add PCP / REFERRING PROVIDER: Users can now enter PCP or referring providers from both app and portal.
• ScanML update : Image upload optimization and bug fix.
• Log-in and sync optimization : Allows faster log in and responsive user experience during syncing.
• HOT CPT CODE in Portal: Add charges easily under the billing tab using HOT CPT code.
• Duplicate charge entry is optimized in both app and portal allowing multiple charges for the same date of service.
• App is updated to be compatible with iOS 15.
